I can now get into a size 14, i have excellent will power, strictly no crisps, cakes, sweets, biscuits, i have low calorie foods, replaced sugar with sweeteners, and have to check low fat, they might say 0% fat, but if you check the label it's full of sugar, you have to be smart, misleading labels should be checked. You have to burn off my calories than you are eating in order to lose weight. Breast stroke swimming an hour you can lose 704 calories. You lose 61 calories an hour sleeping, they all add up, you'd be surprised how many calories you burn off each day depending what you are doing and how long spend doing it.
